Located in a colonial-influenced building, built in 1928, in an eclectic style. It has an interior patio, quiet and very bright, which gives access to the apartment. From the balcony, you can enjoy the views of the street and the boardwalk.

It is rented complete. It consists of a good living room, around which the entire apartment is distributed. Two bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom. Right of kitchen and balcony with views.
