Villa Ti'KAWET, located 150 meters from the Caribbean Sea near the village of Pointe-Noire, on the Leeward Coast of Guadeloupe, bordered by tropical forest, is accessible from the coastal road via a private road.
Recently built and all on one level, Villa Ti'KAWET can accommodate up to six people for a minimum stay of five nights.

Directions:
If you are coming from Pointe-à-Pitre, take the N1 towards Basse-Terre. After a few kilometers (before Petit-Bourg), turn right onto the D23 Route de la Traversée / des Mamelles. Follow this road to the end. At the exit from the Route de la Traversée, turn right onto the N2 towards Pointe-Noire. Go past Anse Caraïbes. Just before reaching Pointe-Noire, at the end of a bend, you will see a sign on your right, "kazAnne." This is the road. 150 meters further on, turn right. Go uphill, and the villa is on your right, along with its parking lot.
If you arrive in the village, you are too far away. If you are coming from Sainte Rose / Deshaies, take the N2 towards Basse-Terre. We are located at the exit of the village of Pointe Noire, on the left on the hill after "Petite Plaine" and "L'Habitation Côte-sous-le-Vent."
