Surrounded by 26 hectares of woods and vineyards, this renovated 18th century rural farmhouse offers numerous services for guests, we are only three kilometres from the Affi exit and only seven kilometres from Bardolino.

The farmhouse where you will stay is a building of great historical and cultural value, which belonged until 1896 to Lieutenant Colonel Davide Menini, from whom it takes its name. It is immersed in about 20 hectares of land, between the vineyard and the woods. The furniture instead consists of family objects, belonged to our ancestors, to whom we are deeply attached (carpets, some paintings, mirrors, furniture and decorative objects).

Our goal is to share all this with you, to make you live a unique experience.

The farm has two swimming pools (one of which has hydro-massage), a large garden where you can eat and relax, two barbecues and a playground for children.

In addition to these services, our guests have the opportunity to rent our bicycles, use our laundry and the possibility of renting a large room for conferences or events.

The renovation of the house began in 2013 and we have tried to preserve as much as possible the characteristics of the old houses, but trying to adapt them to modern standards, which is why our apartments are all equipped with: Wifi, SAT TV, WiFi, private bathroom, private kitchen, private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and much more.

Inside the farm we cultivate with passion 15 hectares of vineyards, a hundred olive trees and an orchard during your stay you can try our wines DOC:

- Bardolino

- Bardolino Chiaretto

- Pinot Grigio of the Adige Valley

Our farmhouse is located only 3 km from the village of Affi and 6 km from the village of Bardolino.

We always suggest our guests to use the car as a means of transport because public transport is not very frequent and the nearest stop is about 2 km away.
