The villa is right on the seafront, adjoined with a lovely secluded beach. The top deck for sunset drinks and barbecue dinner enjoys a magnificent view of various islands on both sides of the villa. The Baan Khunying Villa ’s new exciting with newly renovated with an incredible view of the sea and the islands and 2 accessible secluded beaches in front and next to the villa. Our 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned with 3 bathrooms. There are front terrace, TV room and the kitchen dining room are equipped with 2 ceiling fans each.

Bedroom Three is a spacious room with ocean-view and traditional Thai style furniture. It features a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, bathroom, desk, balcony and a strong WIFI connection.

RATES CONDITION and BEDDING ARRANGMENT
Our best available prices are based on occupancy level which can be accommodated for 9 people maximum.
Rates for 1-2 guests can be access to 1 bedroom.
Rates for 3-4 guests can be access to 2 bedrooms.
Rates for 5-6 guests can be access to 3 bedrooms.
Our villa can be accommodated till 9 people maximum which one extra bed can be added to each room.
We will not book the other bedroom (if available) to any other parties. Rest assured, the entire villa will be private for your stay.
Please note that if there is additional person or addition room required during your stay, the additional charge will be applied.

Child and Divan bed policy

•    Only 1 divan bed is allowed for each 3 bedroom.
•    The surcharge for the divan bed is 1,000 Baht per night (this charge is already reflected in the displayed rate when you search rates for 7-9 guests).
•    The divan bed need to be booked in advance at the time of booking.
•    Children 10 years will be considered as an adult. 
•    Children 0-9 years (only 1 child per room) can stay for free on an extra divan-bed in their parents' room.
•    There are 3 cots available for infant up to 2 years with free of charge.
•    If there is child below 10 years in your reservation, please mention child age and number of child in below "SPECIAL REQUETS" box.
