The villa develops on three floors sloping down towards the sea, served by an internal staircase; the main entrance leads down to the living area and the sleeping area up to the sea level with a private dock, comfortably equipped with shower, deckchairs and sunbeds for the beach at guests’ disposal.
Its spaces, arranged on three levels, can accommodate up to eight people.
The first floor houses the common areas such as the lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
The terrace, reachable from the living room, is equipped with table and chairs and will treat you to a splendid view of the islands of Capri and Ischia, ideal for breakfast, an aperitif or to bask in the sunset.
The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with sea view terrace that, if necessary, can be joined to form a single large suite, the perfect solution for those who love to stay together without giving up their space.
The bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, equipped with washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub/shower.
The third floor consists of two double bedrooms with sea view exposure and en-suite bathrooms, beautifully finished with Vietri majolica tiles and modern design. They are all equipped with bidet, washbasin, WC and spacious shower/tub.
Each room has access to the outside via the terrace.
The property is equipped with independent air conditioning/heating in the various rooms, TV, free WIFI connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, courtesy set.
Villa Waters Edge has a parking space reserved for its guests.
From the beach, a footpath of about 1 km (half a mile) skirts the sea and leads directly to the small fishing village of Marina della Lobra where you will find bars and grocery shops.
The property is about 1km (half a mile) from the central square of Massa Lubrense where you will find restaurants, bars, tobacconists, self-service laundry, grocery shops and all the essential services for your stay. Sorrento can be easily reached by bus with the bus stop on the main road, or by car in 10 minutes.

All costs and utilities are included in the price, except the tourist tax. The cost of the tourist tax is 2.00 euro per person per day for the first 5 nights. Minors up to the age of majority and persons aged seventy-five and over are exempt from payment. The tourist tax is applied exclusively in the period between 1st April and 31st October of each calendar year.
