Additional services
It is possible to enrich your stay with additional services, available on demand:
Baby cot and baby chair (<36 mo): 10€ per night — an additional bed and chair for babies
Double Single-use: 30€ per stay — in case two guests want to benefit of one double bed per each.
Late Check-Out: 30€ per stay — the guest can request to leave the structure later, postponing the check-out within 18.00 (6 PM) of the day of departure (upon availability).
Extra Bathroom linen: 15€ per kit — it includes a large shower towel, a medium towel and a small towel; one kit is usually for one person.
Extra Bed Linen: 20€ per kit — it includes a lower and upper double-bed sheets, two pillowcases and a duvet cover.
Extra Cleaning Service: 80€ all inclusive — includes professional cleaning all over the apartment, cutlery sanification and all bedroom/bathroom linen replacement.
Prices and payment methods
The Tourist Tax is not included in the price, it will be collected during the check-in process (2,5€ / per guest / per night).
The structure can host 4 persons maximum. The price includes two guests; further than two, an extra fee of 15 € for each additional guest / per night will be added.
Children under 36 months of age don't pay! They can sleep in the double beds for free. It is also possible to request a baby cot and chair (see up here Additional Services). Over 36 mo, children are considered as common guests.
