Our guest-house is located in the historical and commercial center of the city of La Spezia, where you can easily reach on foot both the railway station and the boarding of the boats to the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Isola Palmaria, Lerici, Portofino.
The guest-house consists of large and comfortable rooms, all equipped with flat screen TV, fridge, air conditioning and private bathroom; the change of linen with attached cleaning takes place every two days.
