The surrounding area is verdant and it gives you the sensation of being far from the city centre. Actually St. Peter?s Basilica is only a 10 minute walk away. Furthermore, the nearby bus stops will enable you to easily reach the core of the eternal city whenever you want, night and day and to visit its archeological and artistic treasures like ?the Vatican City, the Gianicolo hill where you can admire Rome from a unique panoramic viewpoint, the Castel Sant?Angelo, Trastevere, the Colosseum, the ruins of the Roman forum, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain?. Our new-built facility has 5 rooms each one with an en-suite bathroom.
All bathrooms are spacious, finely furnished and equipped with brick showers, toilet kits, hair-driers and bath towels always fresh and perfumed in order to offer high standards of comfort to our guests. All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air-conditioners, full HD TVs and free Wi-Fi. Our mattresses and pillows are made of memory foam.
This will guarantee a restful sleep. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every 3 days while the room is tidied up and cleaned every day.
HEALTHY AND HEARTY breakfast is served in our finely furnished dining room.
The room is equipped with a kitchenette where you can prepare cold platter or a good coffee whenever you want in full compliance with the other guests.
On your arrival you will collect the room key in order to be able to enter into your room at any time. We will do our best to make your stay in Rome enjoyable and unforgettable.

Check-in starts at 2 p.m. Please, let us know beforehand the time of your arrival. Check-out is allowed until 10 a.m. on the departure day. Ask for the luggage custody if your departure is at a later time.
We offer a luggage custody service. In order to provide high standards of comfort to our costumers we offer a shuttle service from/to any destination.
Ask at the reception for further information. If you travel by car there is a car park right under our b&b with special rates for our customers.
Furthermore, we have parking space in our private garage for compact or mid-size cars. In addition to washing, the laundry service includes also free use of iron and of the ironing board.
The added value of our b&b is the wide terrace which is directly accessible from the common room.
It is the ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying the mild weather of the eternal city. During good weather, from the terrace you can easily reach a private garden where you can have breakfast or read a book immersed in nature but always in the centre of Rome!
