Great penthouse (6th floor with elevator), about 100 m2 + 30 m2 of terraces, spacious, well equipped, decorated in a modern and colorful style.
It is located on a wide, very commercial avenue, surrounded by basic shops and stores (butchers, fishmongers, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) about 250 meters from the beach, in Pineda de Mar, in a quiet area called Poble Nou, close by Calella.
10 minutes walking from the shopping street named "carrer de la esglesia" in Calella, 15 min. to Pineda center and 10 min. by car from "Malgrat de Mar" and 20 from "Lloret de Mar".
