Villa Saint Charles is an old hotel that was recently transformed into a Villa to rent for groups of about 10 to 15 persons. It is situated in a quiet street in the center of Juan les Pins, Antibes, 100 meters to the beach and 100 meters to the train station.
Perfect for a group or two families with kids that can swim. Ideally situated next to the beach and all commodities.
Bed linen and bathroom towels as well as the final cleaning is included i the price. Beach towels are not included.
At the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen - dining room with two dish washing machines, two living rooms, a small garden and a plunge pool of 6.5 x 2 meters and a barbeque.
Upstairs you will find 7 bedrooms with twin beds and one single room, every room has its own bathroom, wc, TV and hair dryer. The entire house has air-condition.
Parties are not allowed.
There is a fast internet WIFI that works well all around the house.
There is a music system and a TV that works with airplay.
