The Hotel Piazza di Spagna is a small family-owned boutique hotel situated at a few meters from Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti. Born in 1938 as a guest house managed by Elisabetta and Augusto Giocondi, it’s located in a historical building built between the 1500 and 1600. Located in the heart of the center of Rome, it is a true open-air museum. Today it’s the pleasure of the third generation of the Giocondi ‘family to maintain the tradition, and pass on their love for Rome to our guests.
