Hotel Rovere has been entirely designed as an eco-friendly hotel, paying close attention to its interior and exterior: the building has been constructed on energy-efficient standards, great importance is given to a responsible use of water even in washing and the thermal insulation guarantees a reduction of heating losses and maintains a more comfortable climate in the common areas. The rooms remain much drier and therefore more comfortable.
The ventilated roof ensures considerable energy savings by maintaining the right temperature inside the building throughout the year.
Particular attention has been dedicated to the soundproof insulation to make your stay relaxing and stress-free.

Hotel Rovere offers the possibility to choose between the Flex Rate and the Non Refundable Rate.
With Flex Rate You may cancel free of charge until two days before arrival. You will be charged the total amount of Your stay in case of no-shows or cancellations in the 2 days before arrival; please note that we reserve the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card up to the amount of the first night of Your booking.
With Non Refundable Rate the total price of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel, modify the booking, or don't show up, you won't be eligible for a refund and the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
