The balcony view varies in each apartment (Ex Animo 3 & 7/ City & Harbor view, Ex Animo 5/ City view) but they all provide the same level of high-quality in regards to their amenities, from deluxe bathrobes to fully furnished kitchens. The apartments are equipped with air-conditioning for the hot days of the summer, there is hot water through the whole day, WIFI private line is available as well as 50' flat smart TVs that support Netflix streaming. Note that all floors are accessible by the building’s elevator.
