The Camper Area is located in a residential area just a few steps from the historic center of Fidenza (Parma)

Our rules, which we kindly ask you to observe within the Camper Area, are not only those required by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

1. Parking service is allowed only for Campers or Auto Caravans: at the request of the Municipal Administration, access to the camper area must be via Via Magnani;

2. Parking is allowed for a maximum of 6 vehicles, and parking outside the pitches is prohibited. The pitches have the following dimensions: 3.80m x 7.80m.

3. To access the camper area, it is necessary to use the booking portal https://accoglienzasandonnino.icalu.com/; it is also advisable for each guest to communicate their expected arrival time by phone or email to the facility's manager. Failure to book in advance or to give prior notice may result in long waits for which no complaints or refund requests will be accepted; Bookings made on the day of arrival are accepted until 5:00 PM. Free cancellation is possible until 12:00 PM the day before arrival; otherwise, a 100% penalty will be charged.

4. Upon payment, which can only be made online through the booking portal, you will receive a QR Code that will allow, through a camera system, the opening of the access barrier and the door to the sanitary facilities. The QR Code will activate at the start of the stay (scheduled for 12:00) and will automatically deactivate at the end of the reservation (scheduled for 12:00) and will no longer be able to open the aforementioned gates. In case of extended stay, each guest must inform the Manager of their intention by calling the manager at +39 331-1367510. The stay is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Manager and in any case for a maximum of 3 nights.

5. All pitches are the same and allocation is free. In case of any disputes, the allocation is made at the sole discretion of the Manager and is subject to availability, so it is not possible to book and/or reserve the pitches;

6. One of the pitches has the characteristics required for the disabled, so please give priority to those who have a real need to use it;

7. Rates:

   1. 2 hours (short stay for Loading/Unloading): 5 €

   2. 24 hours (from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 12:00 on the day of departure): 20 €/day (in case of exceeding the 24-hour stay, an additional 5€ will be charged for the first 2 hours; further overruns will incur the full daily rate of 20 €)

   3. Tourist tax: 0.50 €/guest

   4. Free cancellation within seven days of arrival

8. The area is equipped with: sanitary facilities (no showers), columns for electricity supply, drinking water, wastewater disposal;

9. We ask for respect and care in the use of all services and facilities and not to waste water;

10. No extensions and/or electrical adapters are provided;

11. It is forbidden to set up structures of any kind or open verandas within the Camper Area;

12. The use of fires or grills is prohibited;

13. It is forbidden to leave animals unattended;

14. The San Donnino Camper Area is equipped with a waste separation service, so we ask you to pay attention to waste separation.

15. The San Donnino Camper Area is not supervised. The Manager is not responsible for objects or goods left unattended;

16. For anything not provided for in this Regulation, the laws and regulations governing the matter apply.
