Siente el alma de España en Villa Paula

Welcome to Villa Paula, a 15th-century Valencian estate fifteen minutes from the centre of Valencia and eleven from the airport. The house grew up around the Mirabete tower and has been lived in ever since. It sleeps 16.

THE ESTATE

Working Clemenules mandarin groves wrap around the house, and just outside the doors there is a 4.500 m2 walled garden with palms, jasmine, bougainvillea and fruit trees, a private pool (not heated) and its own lounge area. The farm is worked, not decoration: the fruit is picked and sold.

THE HOUSE

Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms (four indoors, one by the pool). Antique furniture, tiled floors, a wood-fired oven, an outdoor jacuzzi and a long shaded dining table. Fibre optic with a Deco 6G mesh across the house and gardens, three RJ45 points and a 5G modem with unlimited data and 20 hours of battery, so you can work from anywhere on the property.

WHAT THERE IS TO DO

Volleyball, croquet, table tennis and boules in the garden; barbecue and wood-fired oven; Valencia's old town, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Albufera and the beaches all within half an hour; the Manises pottery workshops next door.

CELEBRATIONS

An accommodation booking does not include events. We host weddings and celebrations for up to 70 guests by prior arrangement and for a separate fee. Please write to us before booking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check-in 15:00, check-out 10:00. The pool is not heated. Pets are welcome on request. The whole house is yours: no shared areas and no other guests.
