Accessible Room is a large 17 square metre (184 Sq.Ft.) double room with secondary direct access from the street with abatement tools of architectural barriers, also, but not exclusively, suitable for people with wheelchairs. It has 2 single beds cm. 80 X 200 joinable on request in a double bed (160X200) and a murphy bed with extra comfortable mattress cm 90 X 200. The private en-suite bathroom with shower has sanitary facilities and equipment also suitable for our guests traveling on wheelchair. Room rates include coffe/cappuccino and croissant at the bar in the morning, room cleaning and towels/bed sheets change every 4 days, luxury toiletries, superior towels and bed sheets, free high speed WiFi connection, strong air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix channels, espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine available 24h. This room is part of a 100 sq metre (1.080 Sq.Ft.) just renovated 3 bedroom apartment with large terrace. It also boast a common area with one dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, one terrace with tables and chairs, one computer room with printer, washing machine and dryer. This area is shared among the three rooms and can be also used by the guests of the apartments upstairs. These 3 rooms are all finely and exclusively furnished by an English designer. The rooms sit at ground floor of a characteristic 3 storey building, on the picturesque district of Trastevere. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for very quiet an accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Rome. In the same complex are also7 different size vacation apartments and rooms that can accommodate up to 54 guests. The nearby public parking makes it a great choice for those arriving by car. The room is located in the historical center, in Trastevere area, Unesco World Heritage. Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to spend your evenings, as it offers a diversity of cafés and restaurants, scattered throughout the picturesque cobble stone streets. The name of district comes from Latin: trans Tiberis, across the river Tiber. The river bends and in between is this nice district. It used to be the working class area: Romans used to cross the river to go and work in the city now it is the district “alla moda”. The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on “Ponte Fabricio” the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City. Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome 8 you can walk to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc
