The Palazzo della Real Paggeria is a historic building in Naples, located in via Solitaria 39

The building was built in the 17th century on land belonging to the Monastery of San Luigi di Palazzo. Originally the building consisted of a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, two noble floors and a third floor smaller in height than all the others, to which it was sufficiently connected by four tenths of stairs. In 1734 the Real Paggeria was established and settled in the following years in this building which was then rebuilt by Luca Vecchione, as evidenced by payment documents from 1752-1753. Around 1820 the construction of the mighty factory of the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola caused damage to the foundations of the building, which were promptly repaired. In 1825 the Pageria was suppressed and in 1838 the General Treasury proposed its sale at auction, but the king refused. It remained among the assets of the Royal House, with the function of housing the sovereign's service personnel and welcoming his guests. Presumably it began to transform into a private condominium after the Unification of Italy.

The palace appears as a four-storey building, which is accessed through an imposing ashlar portal on Via Solitaria. Of great impact is the eighteenth-century open staircase with three arches that closes the perspective of the main courtyard, at the base of which there is a niche that houses a sculptural group. A lateral passage beneath it, characterised by imposing splayed gables, leads to the small secondary courtyard with a circular plan.

Relais Piazza del Plebiscito is located in a context of prestigious history in, a union between the roots of the city to which it was impossible not to dedicate, in addition to the name of the homonymous and majestic square nearby, every corner to the culture, the neighborhoods and the infamous islands.
