The Residence del Prado is located in the beautiful seaside village of Riva Ligure in Corso Villaregia 120, in front of the sea, near the centre, the beaches, the bike path and enjoys a wonderful sea view. The Residence del Prado can satisfy every holiday need thanks to the flats that offer all comforts, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, smart TV in every room with satellite channels, free Wifi, free private parking, except for the summer season (01/06 - 15/09) where an extra charge of 10 euros per day is required. The structure is composed of eight flats with living room and bedroom with capacity up to 4/5 people and two studios all facing the sea and a double bedroom inside. The basic price is for 2 people and includes bed linen and towels, daily tidying up except on Sundays, air conditioning, utilities, Wi-fi. The supplement for each additional person over 2 is 10 euros per day.
