The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in Piazza della Rovere, in a particularly convenient position for reaching the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo and the historic centre. Once inside, however, the traffic and bustle of the city seem far away: the interiors are peaceful, quiet and designed to offer privacy and comfort.

The apartment is arranged over two levels and features three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This layout makes it especially suitable for large families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still enjoying their own private spaces.

The interiors feature ceilings over four metres high, wooden parquet flooring, custom-made furniture and large glass windows overlooking the elegant living area. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper level and visually connect with the living room through a gallery and large glass walls, allowing plenty of natural light while maintaining privacy.

The living room is the heart of the apartment: a spacious and welcoming area with a relaxation corner, armchair, suspended bookcase and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a TV of over 50 inches with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Rome.

The dining area can accommodate up to eight guests. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a four-door refrigerator, gas hob, oven, microwave and everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. On request, it is also possible to arrange a private chef dinner directly in the apartment.

The three bathrooms feature spacious showers with rainfall showerheads, and there is also a bathtub. Guests will also find hairdryers, a washing machine, dryer and complimentary toiletries including shampoo and shower gel.

Bed linen, duvets, pillows, blankets and towels in different sizes are provided upon arrival. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The location is one of the apartment’s main highlights. It is situated between the Vatican and Trastevere, in a central area that is quieter than Rome’s main tourist streets. St Peter’s Square, Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori can all be easily reached on foot. The surrounding area offers restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and convenient connections by bus and taxi. It is an ideal base for exploring Rome on foot and returning at the end of the day to a pleasant and peaceful setting.
