Villa Acqua consists of three independent apartments that we call rifugio.

All rifugios are equipped with an extensive kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Rifugio Marittimo, the spacious apartment

The spacious Rifugio Marittimo lets you breathe a sigh of relief because it offers families and groups of up to 5 people the opportunity to relax and unwind on 100 square meters of the finest architecture. As you enter your retreat, you will find yourself in high, cool rooms with vaulted ceilings, an oasis of greenery and water. Enjoy a refreshing shower in your courtyard fountain. Read a good book in the quiet reading corner. Or doze in a raised stone alcove. In the evening you are an Italian chef in the traditional handcrafted kitchen. Dinner is served at the round oak table. When you're in Lecce, do as the people of Lecce do: use the alley as a terrace. Set up a few chairs outside and chat to people passing by. The Rifugio Marittimo – Italian enjoyment par excellence. If you are traveling with more than 5 people or would like even more luxury, we recommend that you also rent the Rifugio Smeralda. This gives you access to the roof terrace with a panoramic pool.

Rifugio Marittimo consists of a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed in a stone alcove accessible via an iron staircase.

There is a large, well-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large, round oak table, which is adjoined by a guest bathroom.

Characteristic elements of the rifugio include a fountain in the living room, a waterfall behind the dining area and many plants that make the accommodation green, cool and refreshing.
