Private apartment consisting of a large room with a double bed, a large wardrobe, LED TV, a piano and a sofa bed for one person. The living room consists of two sofa beds (one double and one single), a large table for 6 people, a kitchen equipped with all utensils and a large bathroom with bidet, shower and washing machine.

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and two towels for each guest.
As a welcome gift we offer, a bottle of filtered water, two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap so you don't have to go to the supermarket right away.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street, even being in the busiest center of the city, is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and at the same time fun in their vacation.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and the double sofa bed you must book for 3 people, if you are 3 people and want 2 double beds + 1 single you must book for 5 people.

the boiler is electric of 80 liters, the largest in its category. in case you have to wait a few minutes between one shower and another to heat the water.
