Structured on three levels, it has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating 5 adults or 3 adults and 2 children, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The ground floor entrance offers a spacious furnished veranda, a fully equipped kitchen: dishes, cutlery, pots, induction and gas stoves, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. On the first floor are the two double bedrooms and the second bathroom; all rooms are well-furnished, very bright, and offer a beautiful view of the gorgeous Mediterranean pines. In the basement is the third room with a double sofa bed, adjacent to the fitness area, sauna, and hot tub. Outside, there is an exclusive outdoor shower for guests' use. From the villa, you can reach beautiful beaches, both free and equipped, in just a few minutes on foot. The area is well-served by shops, restaurants, and commercial establishments. Parking for one car is available in the enclosed communal area.
