Composed of a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed with a comfort mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe, in front we have a large double sofa bed.
Below there is a table for 4 people, a Smart LED TV and an electric fireplace to create an unparalleled atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, consisting of an induction hob, microwave oven and refrigerator; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle

The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with air conditioning in the summer and automatic heating in the winter.
​The bathroom created by designers consists of a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and towels of two sizes for each person as well as a bar of soap.
