Consisting of an Open Space room which includes a bedroom with a double bed, two wardrobes and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable bed with a double mattress. On the other side is the dining area with a table for four people, a laptop area and LED TV. In the other room there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. It also has a bathroom with a new shower box, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine and two-size towels for each person.

Upon arrival you will find a pod of coffee per person for a tasting, a bottle of cold water, two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets and there are many paid garages nearby. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very distinct and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.

The booking for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
