Who we are: Claudio and Elisabetta and with wise and passionate management in just 4 years, we have contributed to growing the offer of specialized hospitality in the beating heart of the city of Bari, through an innovative concept, reaching 12 accommodation facilities and 140 beds , all this is now Silmat Srls, this is who we are.

Who we are, CConfortHotels of Silmat and is an organization that deals with hotel management such as: B&Bs, holiday homes, guest houses and resorts.

The structures in detail are visible on this site where you can book your holiday; all completely renovated and finely furnished in a modern style.

Today our Mission is to increasingly be a point of reference for those seeking quality, professional and dynamic hospitality in Bari.

Our Reception will be able to manage and satisfy your every need: whether you stay for a long period, or even just for a day.

We will ensure that you experience a real place, to which you can return to rediscover, from time to time, the measure of things, while at the same time positioning ourselves as the perfect starting point for visiting the wonders of Bari and its surroundings.

We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the methods of relationship with our customers and the satisfaction of every request with maximum speed and efficiency, providing 24-hour assistance throughout the year.

We use innovative technological tools, such as for the development of booking engine systems connected to our website, so as not to create overbooking with OTAs and the creation of a Smartphone App by 2020, which facilitate access to all our services, from reservations to any other type of assistance; you can also find dedicated promotions and offers.

Furthermore, we have implemented a direct communication system on the website, via a button, which you can find at the bottom right; get in touch with us by connecting via Messenger, useful and more effective online channels to which you should give priority.

Through continuous staff training, we are committed to always being updated on the latest news in the relevant market regarding quality, hospitality and safety in the workplace.
