Villa Bala Estate: A private Zakynthian estate where life unfolds all the way to the Ionian Sea.

Set within approximately 8,000 sqm of fully fenced and gated seafront grounds in Tragaki, Villa Bala was the summer home of a Zakynthian family for two generations before opening its doors to guests.

The 300 sqm main residence accommodates up to 10 guests in five en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor, connected by an internal staircase. Spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and sea-facing terraces complete the home. A separate air-conditioned pool guesthouse, featuring a sofa bed and private bathroom, offers an additional independent space within the estate.

Outside, the estate unfolds across three terraced levels descending towards the Ionian Sea. On the upper level, the villa and guesthouse surround a heated infinity pool with integrated Jacuzzi jets, with pool heating included in the stay. Lounging and dining areas, an outdoor shower, BBQ and traditional wood-fired oven invite long days outdoors, while table tennis and a mini football net offer something for all ages.

One level below, the Tiki Bar offers a fully equipped outdoor bar overlooking the sea (drinks not included).

On the lowest garden level, sunbeds and loungers sit just above the shoreline, alongside a second outdoor shower. Stairs lead down to a sandy beach, with a gate separating the fully fenced estate from the beach below. The shallow, sandy waters are particularly suitable for families with young children, while a SUP board is available complimentary for guests.

Daily housekeeping is included, with full cleaning and linen changes every three days. Guests also enjoy 24/7 support from both a dedicated villa manager and a villa caretaker, while private chef, massage, bartender and private boat experiences can be arranged upon request.

Private parking within the estate is available for up to four cars, and one baby cot and one high chair can be provided upon request.

Despite its privacy, Villa Bala is just a short drive from Tsilivi and approximately 8 km from Zakynthos Town.
