• El Faro Residences is located in a tourist area, so some noise may occur, especially during holidays, within the hours permitted by local authorities.
• If you rent a car, parking is available for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

• A $500 USD security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 business days.
