Booking Conditions – CHIOSTRO26 Student House

At Studentato Colser, only stays with a predetermined duration are available. When booking, you can choose one of the following options:

• 1-month stay

• 6-month stay

• 12-month stay (1 year)

The following conditions apply to all types of stays:

• Check-in is only allowed on the 1st day of the month.

• Check-out is only possible on the last day of the same month (30 or 31, depending on the calendar) or of the last month of the booked period.

• No other arrival or departure dates are available than those indicated.

• Bookings must fully comply with the selected duration and cannot be made for intermediate periods or with personalized dates.

Examples:

• 1-month stay: from October 1 to October 31.

• 6-month stay: from September 1 to February 28/29 or from January 1 to June 30.

• 12-month stay: from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.

Payment Methods

The payment for the stay can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

• In one installment, with advance payment of the full amount of the stay.

• With monthly payment, according to the deadlines communicated by the facility.

The payment method must be selected or agreed upon at the time of booking.

The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Studentato Colser and, if applicable, the required payment according to the chosen method.

Arrival time: Starting from 12:00 pm - Up to 8:00 pm.
Check-out before: Midday.
