Two-Bedroom Apartment

The El Diañu apartment is located in a very quiet area at the entrance to Llanes, 500 meters from the center of Llanes and 900 meters from Sablón beach.

The apartment has a garage, elevator and board games. The most remarkable thing is that the urbanization has 1 swimming pool that is open in June, July, August and September (check opening dates).

El Diañu is a totally new apartment located on the second floor of the building, overlooking the pool and the Sierra del Cuera in the background. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed), a bathroom with a bathtub inside the double room, a toilet with a shower, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. For the little ones we have a cot at no additional cost (on request).

This apartment has a ceramic hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, mixer, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
