8 minutes from the A26 / 13 minutes from the A16.
Our villa is constantly bathed in light: it overlooks the village of Ardres thanks to its incredible location on the old historic ramparts
of the village dating from the 16th century.
You will find all the modern comforts expected with its 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms/WC (+mezzanine).
The villa features a large living room (lounge-dining room) of 50m² overlooking the fully enclosed garden (with terrace) of 2300m².

Fully equipped modern kitchen (with kitchen appliances and utensils/kitchen linens).

4 spacious bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms and toilets:
- Monet Room: queen-size bed + en-suite bathroom and toilet
- Picasso Room: queen-size bed + en-suite bathroom and toilet
