Nestled on the French side of the Friendly Island, the island of two nations (French side / Dutch side), Residence Adam & Eve sits at the heart of Orient Bay Park, in a secure and protected environment.
Nicknamed the “Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean,” Orient Bay is known for:
- its crystal-clear blue waters, home to the largest naturist beach in the Caribbean
- its beach restaurants and evening dining
- its local shops and entertainment
A true haven of peace, the residence is nestled in lush tropical vegetation, caressed by the sun and trade winds, a 15-minute walk from Orient Bay's naturist beach.
Residence Adam & Eve brings together the best of hotel-style amenities: private suites, pool, jacuzzi and bar-lounge. The studios are fully independent.
A residence to suit you. When renting studios, as part of the shared residence, the spirit of the place is naturist. The villa, on the other hand, is private and reserved for your groups of friends or family, leaving you free to choose: naturist or not, as you wish.
The only establishment on the island offering stays à la carte:
- Private rental — the entire property, for 8 to 16 people (villa + studios), naturist or not, your choice
- Hotel-style service — rental by studio, access to the bar-lounge, shared pool, breakfast on request
Each independent studio is equipped for a fully self-sufficient stay: air conditioning, equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi and private terrace. Secure on-site parking.

How to reach us
We are located within the secure grounds of Orient Bay Park. Good news: Saint-Martin is a small island circled entirely by a single main road, the N7. You can't get lost — simply follow it and you'll reach us with no trouble at all.
About 30 min — 16 km
1. At the airport exit, turn right
2. At the roundabout, go straight
3. Cross the bridge
4. At the roundabout, turn left: you are now on the main road (N7), which you simply follow all the way to Orient Bay Park
5. Drive through Marigot (the capital of the French side); on the way out, you'll pass McDonald's and Super U on your right
6. At the roundabout, go straight
7. Drive through Grand Case (the culinary capital of the French side); on the way out, Grand Case Espérance Airport is on your left
8. At the next roundabout, go straight
9. Pass the Cadisco gas station (on your left)
10. After two hills (up and down), ORIENT BAY PARK appears on your left
Then follow the instructions “From the security gate.”
About 5 min — 5 km
11. At the airport exit, turn right
12. At the STOP sign, turn left
13. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit
14. Pass the Cadisco gas station (on your left)
15. After two hills (up and down), ORIENT BAY PARK appears on your left
16. After the security barrier, continue straight ahead, as if heading to the beaches
17. Drive about 100 meters, then look to your right
18. Look for the tall 3-meter stone wall, lined with large stones along the sidewalk
19. You will arrive at a large brushed-metal gate with a dark bronze-painted frame
