This apartments has a large living room where you will enjoy much more space, a bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers, its bathroom consists of a 120/150 cm shower tray, a hair dryer, two half-bath towels and a pullman towel per person, the American kitchen stores all the basic material for your culinary art, do not feel affection in your stay, our dining room you can relax on our sofa while you watch your favorite programs on a 55 "Smart TV and on the lower floor of the building consists of a room with a dryer and washing machine for community use.

You will receive cleaning service (6/7), hand gel by the sink, high-speed WIFI connection, information on tourist activities both day and night in the area. Near the apartments there are several restaurants and cafes with terraces, to make your stay more pleasant.

The establishment consists of 11 apartments founded by the Lugo family in 2003 and currently being managed by the second generation of the family, we hope that your stay will be as satisfactory as we are working on it.
