Duplex apartment composed on the main floor of a living room with dining table, flat screen TV, and a sofa bed with comfort mattress, on the other side follows the kitchen complete with refrigerator, nespresso coffee machine and kettle, to complete the floor a glazed terrace and a first bathroom with washing machine and shower. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and a second bathroom with shower.
In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels of two sizes for each person as well as bathroom accessories. As a welcome gift we offer one coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of water and two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very special and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.

The booking for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
