Ground floor apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom.
In the first room there is a double sofa bed with a comfort mattress and a single bed as well as a coat hanger. Below is the second room with a double bed, a coat rack and a desk. On the other side there is the living area with a 3-seater sofa, an LED TV, a dining table for 5 people. In the living area there is also a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge, we also have a breakfast corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the utensils needed for cooking. There is also a laundry corner where the washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board are located.
To complete the solution, the completely designer bathroom is composed of a large tempered glass shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two size towels for each person as well as a bar of soap.

As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people. If you want 3 beds you have to book for 5 people.
