Fifth floor apartment consisting of a first room with living area / kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and breakfast corner with nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the living corner there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one person or two children, to complete there is a balcony with a coffee table to enjoy an aperitif or a Milanese breakfast.
The bathroom consists of a large tempered glass shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find hair dryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two-size towels for each person as well as bathroom accessories.
As a welcome gift we offer one coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
In the second room there is the bedroom consisting of a double bed with a small walk-in closet, LED TV with smart technology and a second balcony, in the room there is also a dedicated space for those who need to work with a desk and a lamp

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a double sofa bed you must book for 3 people

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, the lift goes up to the 4th, it will be necessary to go up a floor by the stairs.
To enter the apartment at check in you will need a smartphone with internet connection
