Fifth floor apartment consisting of a first room with living area / kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and breakfast corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the living corner there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one person or two children, to complete there is a balcony with a small table to enjoy an aperitif or a Milanese breakfast.
The bathroom consists of a large tempered glass shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two-sized towels for each person as well as bathroom accessories.
As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive as well as two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap.

In the second room there is the bedroom consisting of a double bed with a small walk-in closet, LED TV with smart technology and a second balcony, in the room there is also a dedicated space for those who need to work with a desk and a lamp.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street also being in the busiest center of the city is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and at the same time fun in their vacation.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and the double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, the elevator goes up to the 4th, it will be necessary to go up one floor for the stairs.
