This condominium features a spectacular rooftop view of the Caribbean Sea and accommodates up to 6 guests. It boasts a private terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for 8 people. Its 9-foot ceilings and large windows enhance the stunning views from the balconies of its three luxurious guest rooms, each designed for two people and equipped with its own bathroom and rainfall shower. The main suite also includes a bidet and direct access to the terrace.

The granite kitchen is fully equipped and includes a turntable.

The beautiful infinity pool is complemented by loungers and umbrellas—perfect for a relaxing day. If you prefer the beach, the property offers direct access to soft white sand. The condominium is located next to Playa del Carmen’s iconic lighthouse, on 10th Street and the beach, just two blocks (a one-minute walk) from the pedestrian Fifth Avenue, where you will find numerous dining and shopping options.

Please note:

• El Faro Residences is located in a tourist area; therefore, noise may occur—especially during holidays—as permitted by local regulations.

• If you rent a car, on-site parking is available for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

• Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Rate per kW: $3 – $8 MXN)

• A $1,000 USD security deposit is required and is refundable within 7 business days.
