The Villa is a modern residence of 120 sq. m. in Kalpaki, Zakynthos, that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private entrance, parking spaces and is located in a quiet area overlooking Zakynthos Airport. As we move inside the villa there is a spacious living room with a fireplace overlooking the lush garden and the pool. In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a modern brand-new bathroom. The house consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have double beds, TVs, air conditioning, and large closets with a shared balcony overlooking the back of the house and the green surroundings. An extra bed is provided in one of the bedrooms. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom next to this room. The residence also offers a large, fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones.In the garden you will also find a barbecue, table tennis and a trampoline. Sunbeds are also provided in the pool area. The beautiful garden and the pool area make this place a worthwhile choice for your holidays.

At a distance of 1 km there is a supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie. Kalpaki is a quiet area but close to the popular tourist resort of Laganas (4 km). You can rent a boat and see the famous caretta- caretta turtles or opt for any of the numerous guided tours. You can also visit one of the most popular and worth visiting places on the island called Marathonisi, a small island in the shape of a turtle with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. You can also find countless dining options and a variety of tourist shops.The city of Zakynthos is at a distance of 8 km and other nearby and worth visiting destinations are Agios Sostis and Keri.

You’ll have your own private pool to dive in whenever you like and a lovely veranda to enjoy meals and drinks together, just like at home. The garden is lush and peaceful, perfect for walks or for the children to play.
Inside, there’s a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher so you can cook and clean up easily, a washing machine for your convenience, three cool bedrooms with air conditioning, and two bathrooms so no one has to wait.
You can play ping pong, play billiards, ride bicycles, have a barbecue, or swing on the playground, the kids will love it! In the morning, enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee on the terrace and in the evening, relax with a drink by the pool.
Everything you need is close by (supermarket, bakery, and pastry shop are just 1 km away), Zakynthos town, Keri and other charming villages are all easy to reach. We recommend renting a car to explore the island, and we will be happy to help you arrange it. Alternatively, we can assist you with other transportation solutions if you prefer.
