province of Gerona, this house has been recently renovated and is ideal
for a family holiday or a weekend with friends.
Our holiday country house is set in the heart of the countryside with
spectacular views of the charming village of Molló and of course the
mountainous surroundings such as the Vall de Camprodon or the
Costabona...
Only five minutes walk from the house flows the river Ritort, a point of
interest with the Pont del Moli Fumat, a stone bridge with a beautiful
swimming area and picnic tables. An excursion not to be missed and
suitable for everyone. It is also the starting point for various hiking
routes.

Our country house has been built on 3 levels. The entrance leads into
the living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV and
a kitchen/dining space equipped with everything you’d need to make the
most of an extraordinary holiday.
The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area, including 3 double
bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The lower floor comprises a games room with table football, table
tennis, children's games, a sofa and Smart TV.

offered in winter.
Fully equipped kitchen with : Fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave,
filter coffe maker and Dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender -
mini-mixer, induction hob, pans and casseroles, crockery and cutlery,
glasses, cups and all necessary utensils.

Important notice:
At the end of the stay, the house must be returned in the same clean
condition as when it was made available.
