Our 85 m² two-storey villa is composed as follows: on the ground floor, there is a splendid, beautifully furnished living area featuring our rustic fireplace with a double sofa bed and television, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Climbing a characteristic terracotta staircase, we reach the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a French window leading directly to your private porch with garden, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The property is completed by an outdoor veranda with a very characteristic view of the pool, equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue, and a large private garden surrounded by the greenery of our countryside.

The two-storey “Zio Momo” villa is equipped with: parking space, independent entrance, private garden, private porch, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, firewood, barbecue, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, mosquito net, wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, washing machine, clothes horse, initial bed linen and towels, cleaning products, hairdryer, terracotta flooring and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling
