The ÀGUILA SUITES BENNÀSSAR flat is located on the first floor of the building, which can be accessed by lift.

The flat, which is distributed in a single diaphanous and minimalist space, very luminous and decorated with exquisite taste, has a comfortable living-dining room, TV with internet connection and all the available SATELLITE offer, together in the diaphanous room you will have a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find the necessary electrical appliances and kitchenware for your holidays, Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.... It has a large bathroom equipped with a complete and spacious walk-in shower. Finally, the room has two single beds with the option to unify into a large double bed (180 x 200) and a satellite TV also in the room.

Guests have private access to their accommodation, after the access door from the street, 5 steps will take you to the lift that connects the entire building.

Stay in the accommodation includes bed linen and bath towels for all guests.

If you are travelling with children, we have cots and high chairs available free of charge and we can accommodate a child under 12 years old in an extra bed (sofa bed) at no extra cost.

Our building, L' Àguila was built by the well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar in 1908, its structure consists of four floors, it is designed with the aim of achieving maximum use of space and good natural light in the interior spaces. Its iron columns both inside and outside allowed the installation of large stained glass windows, we also highlight its balconies with incredible corrugated iron railings that give a great dynamism. In 2018 we have carried out a total interior refurbishment and we have created 4 lodgings (one per floor) completely refurbished and equipped with the best possible materials for your comfort.

The building is located in the Plaza del Marqués de Palmer, just next to the Plaza Mayor, in one of the most central areas of the city. We can walk through the whole of the old part of the city. The adjacent streets are full of possibilities, you will enjoy its churches, its small shops, its restaurants and cafes and the shops of the big brands. Our location is strategic, the Plaza Mayor is 50 metres away, you will reach the Town Hall in two minutes and the distance to our wonderful Cathedral is 700 metres.

Also perfectly situated to get to know the rest of the island, Plaza España, where you will find all possible bus or train connections, including the exit of the Sóller Railway, is 750 metres away.

For your gastronomic shopping, walking 500 metres, you will enjoy the popular Mercat de l'Olivar, where you can buy all the food products you want.

Our nearest beach is 1300 metres away but from the bus connection in Plaza España there are connections to the main beaches of the island.
