Located halfway between the city and Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International airport, Fiera 1 is an inexpensive fully equipped apartment with FREE private parking space, A/C, WiFi and perfectly connected to the city, to the beaches and to Fiera di Roma event and conference center.

Flatinrome Fiera 3 is a lovely 45 square meter studio flat on the second floor, just renovated with a double bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette overlooks a delightful balcony and the structure welcomes a maximum of four guests thanks to two very comfortable sofa beds.

The apartment is furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style and with every comfort you wish: large balcony, FREE private parking space, air conditioning, free fast WiFi (optic fiber), washing machine, TV, telephone.

In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets , towels, tea towel and bath mat.

This inexpensive apartment is in a perfect spot either you are a tourist visiting the Eternal City, you are attending to a Conference or you want to spend a few days on the seaside, either you are using the public transports or you have your own car (thanks to the FREE private parking space). Our Residence from June 2022 is also equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles and bicycles.
