We are a consulting firm specialised in Vacation Rental Properties. We own manage several properties in different cities in Spain. In addition to offering our properties, we also love to travel. We have been to several places in Brazil, Ecuador, Thailand, Bali, Cuba, San Francisco, New York, Miami ... I never expected our travel list to be over.
Our trips are always present in every wall in interior design. The adventures we have had while traveling are fun, but more importantly, the people we have met along the way make our experience truly extraordinary. Hopefully, someday in the future we will meet with you (the reader) and create a story that is worth telling ... on our walls too.
Being in the hospitality industry, our mission is to create a collection of "genuine gems" that you will never want to leave after you have stayed with us. We know the city and its surroundings very well and we can definitely recommend some incredible places to visit, taste and dine. All within walking distance, we are right in the city center. We are in 'El Barrio', in the heart of old town Alicante. Just 200 meters from San Nicolás de Bari’s Cathedral and at the foot of the imposing Castle of Santa Bárbara.
It’s a neighborhood full of life that has undergone a major transformation in recent years. The old dilapidated buildings and abandoned mansions have given rise to new design hotels and charming tourist apartments. The area has a wide gastronomic offer, with Mediterranean restaurants and bistros with daring fusions and flavors.
The apartment is located just 300 meters from ‘Playa del Postiguet’, where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean Sea; as well as ‘Marina Deportiva’, a leisure area with restaurants and a casino facing the sea.
The area has various options for shopping, markets and supermarkets, where you can buy the necessary products to prepare food yourself in the apartment.
If you come by car, there are several public parking options next to the apartment € 10-€ 15 price per day.
Alicante has a wide and comfortable public transport network (urban bus, tram, train ...). On Rambla Méndez Núñez, next to the building where the apartment is located, the main lines that will take you to different parts of the city stop.
To get to or go to Alicante Airport - Elche, you can use the urban bus line C-6:

The apartment on first floor (no elevator) has 45m2 distributed in a double bedroom with a double bed and 'en-suite' toilet, a second double bedroom with two single beds, an exterior balcony, a living-dining room with a double sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table; as well as a complete kitchen with a ceramic hob, smoke extractor, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots ...). The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
It has exquisite furniture and decoration; as well as beds that guarantee a quality rest. All new, just released, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
It is an efficient and responsible building with the environment. It has state-of-the-art smart electric boilers to improve energy consumption, and has individual air conditioning units with hot / cold mode to maintain the perfect temperature at any time of year. It also has a room with a washing machine and dryer to do laundry.
