This beachfront condo offers a private terrace overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea—perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or simply enjoying the view. Just outside your door stands the iconic Playa del Carmen lighthouse, which can be admired directly from your terrace. On the ground floor of Corto Maltes, right on the beach, you’ll find Zenzi Beach Club, a popular beachfront restaurant offering live music, excellent food, and refreshing drinks.

The condominium comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults:

• 2 guests in the main suite with a king-size bed

• 2 guests in the guest suite with a double bed

Additionally, the living room features a sofa bed suitable for 2 more guests. Both the main suite and the living room enjoy ocean views, as does the spacious terrace located just outside the living area.

Corto Maltes Condominiums are ideally located on 10th Street and the beach in sunny Playa del Carmen, Mexico—just two blocks (a one-minute walk) from the famous pedestrian Fifth Avenue, known for its vibrant atmosphere, shopping, dining, and nightlife.
