Welcome to CH Apartments Boutique. We are in an impressive historical building dating from 1850, which has been completely renovated in 2019 and adapted to the needs and comforts of the 21st century. Here, you will discover that every corner has been designed and prepared for the maximum enjoyment and comfort of our guests.
Each apartment has different and incredible corners. We wanted to respect and preserve the most significant elements that have always inhabited the building, to merge them with all the comforts and innovations of our day. All of them have high wooden ceilings painted by hand and illuminated with LED technology, bedroom with extra-large bed and velvet headboards with USB connectors. Two Smart TVs, in bedroom and living room; bathrooms with shower or bath and wallpaper. Some of the walls are lined with Porcelanosa porcelain, others have a balcony with direct views of Daoíz Street, a typical Andalusian patio or a private outdoor terrace on the top floor.

The best way to move around the center of Seville is on foot, but if you come by car, we have parking spaces (for a fee) next to the establishment.
From the airport it takes 17 minutes by car. If you come by bus (from the Airport), you must take the EA line to Plaza de Armas. Once there, you will have to walk 10 minutes to reach the apartments. In total, it will take 40 minutes. If you come by train (Sevilla Santa Justa), you should take line 32 towards 'Plaza del Duque' in José Laguillo, in front of the train station. Once on the bus, you must get off at 'Imagen (Plaza de la Encarnación)', and walk 4 minutes to the apartments.

This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection.
It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery.
The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way.
The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool open from April to October, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
