Consisting of an Open Space room that includes a sofa bed with double mattress, an open wardrobe, air conditioning and LED TV. On the other side is the dining area with kitchen equipped with everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. It also has a large bathroom with a new shower box, bidet with shower head, hairdryer, washing machine, towels of two sizes for each person. To complete the apartment, it has a balcony overlooking the city.

Upon arrival you will find a pod of coffee per person for a tasting, a bottle of cold water, two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately. It has WIFI included and iron with board.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets and there are many paid garages nearby. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very distinct and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.
