Nice two-room apartment on two levels of about 40sqm located on the second floor of a 3-storey building. The large north-facing window overlooks a quiet internal courtyard but overlooks the central Porta Praetoria. Access is on a clearing in via Vevey in a very quiet setting within the limited traffic area behind via S.Anselmo.

The apartment is composed as follows:

- the entrance is on a small service hallway which leads to the large and bright living area with open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable "L" -shaped sofa bed and an extendable table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The TV is a 40-inch smart-TV with access (with personal subscription) to most streaming applications (netflix, prime, nowtv etc).

The modern and sober furniture, the central position with a view, the large table, the large screen and the WiFi-ADSL Flat connection make this apartment an interesting solution even for small meetings, presentations, smart-working and co-working.

- The attic bedroom communicates with the living area from which it indirectly takes a lot of natural light, but inside there is a Velux ceiling window from which you can directly admire the sky above Aosta. The standard size 160x200 bed is equipped with memory foam mattress and pillows for maximum guest comfort.

- the toilet, also attic, is divided into an anteroom with a large mirror and sink and a bathroom with a 75x75 shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. The hairdryer is provided in use positioned in the convenient storage cabinet under the sink.

the apartment is equipped with central heating (not autonomous).
