RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-A fine for not having respected this rule can be applied for the separate collection of waste (Organic-Plastic-Paper-Glass).

-You must always take care of the house as if it were yours

-Before leaving, be sure to turn off the air conditioning / heating, turn off the light and close the door properly.

-It is forbidden to organize parties or invite unregistered people.

-It is forbidden to make loud noises or disturb the neighborhood, especially between 23:00 and 8:00

-Smoking is forbidden

-Guests must fill in the check-in form with all the required data "identity document or passports" to communicate to the authorities as required by Italian law

- THE TOURIST TAX IS MANDATORY TO PAY IT BY CREDIT CARD.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

- Until 30 days before check in, cancellation is free

- Within 30 days you pay the total amount of the reservation
