Private apartment located in the basement of a residential building. composed of a large living room with a sofa bed (click clack) for one person, a large wardrobe, LED TV and an area dedicated to work with a large architect's table. on the other side of the apartment is the full kitchen with oven, induction hobs, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. moreover, the area is completed with a glass table for 5 people.
The bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels of two sizes for each person as well as bathroom accessories. As a welcome gift we offer one coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water, two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
In the second room there is the bedroom with two double beds, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very special and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.

The booking for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want 2 double beds you must book for 3 people. If there are three of you and you want double beds and a sofa bed, you need to book for 5 people.

Although the entrance to the apartment is from the cellars of the building it is a beautiful apartment that we highly recommend, as well as being cool in summer and temperate in winter.
