Located on the second floor, it features a colonial style large private Balcony. It is filled with cacti, and has views to historic colonial architecture.

Next to the bedroom (queen, with fan and AC), there's a double height living area, with exposed original beams. It is gorgeous.

A industrial style kitchenette, with fridge, stove and microwave. Dining table with rattan chairs, woven at Fixie by local artisans.

The earthy lime washed walls, and mahogany handmade furniture are details that characterize our space.

Guests love the handmade tiles in the bathroom.

Our pool sits below original arches (shared). It is a unique experience. Guests love to sit around our cacti filled, minimalist garden. It is easy to spot parrots flying over.

Location is truly central, next to main landmarks and restaurants.

FIXIE LOFTS is a private villa, not a hotel. It offers non serviced apartments. There is no reception/staff or restaurant. There’s a self check in access. The style is rustic and industrial, and few amenities (no TV). Designed for the independent traveler.
