Simple industrial Kitchen, dining area and colonial style window facing the street. Bathroom features beautiful handmade tiles.

Decor is calm and natural with cement floors, and rattan furniture made by hand by Dominican artisans.

However, it is the only Loft that does not have a view of the patio, as it looks to the street. It doesn't bother most, but there may be noise.

FIXIE LOFTS is a private villa, not a hotel. It offers non serviced apartments. There is no reception/staff or restaurant. There’s a self check in access. The style is rustic and industrial, and few amenities (no TV). Designed for the independent traveler.

Location is truly central, next to main landmarks and restaurants.
